Frequently Asked Questions

What are your postage charges?
We charge a flat rate of $8.00 to anywhere in Australia. Most orders cost more than this to send but we will pay the difference. There are no handling fees.

Do your prices include GST?
Yes. You can shop confidently knowing there are no hidden costs on this site.

Do you have a minimum order?
There is a minimum order size of $10. This is the banks minimum for credit card processing.
 
What is your returns policy?
A full refund will be given when:
a) Goods are faulty.
b) A wrong description has been given.
c) Goods are different from samples shown, except when colour doesn't match paint and marker reference chips. These, as warned, are not accurate when viewed online.
d) Goods don't do what they are suppose to.
Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange just because you change your mind.

Do you have other products than the ones shown?
We do have a bricks & mortar shop full of many products but because the internet stock is so heavily discounted we keep the two businesses as separate entities. This does limit us to just selling the products listed on the site here. However, more products will be listed all the time. Our goal is to make this site huge.

Is my credit card secure on this site?
Yes. This site is secure and we take a great deal of care with security. In over 30 years of retail we haven't allowed a single credit card theft/fraud against any of our customers. 

Do you sell personal details for mailing lists?
No. Your details are used to process your order only and will not be given to anyone.
