Shipping & Returns

All orders are sent by Australia Post for a Flat Rate of $8.00 - The majority of our orders are received the next working day.

If you are in the Australia Post Express Post zone your delivery time will be one or two business days. Outer areas average 2 to 4 days. Bulkier items will be sent by normal post - expect a 2 to 4 business days delivery time.
Orders placed before 1.30pm are processed and sent the same day. After 1.30pm we try to get your order in but often it is sent the next day.

Please note - Australia Post don't deliver weekends or public holidays.

Any applications for refunds must be made within 14 days. Please email for a return authority number.
